NYA Update 010809: Message from the Office of the Chairman
Dear Supporters,
Thanks you for having supported the National Youth Assembly all these months. Your support has meant a lot to all of us here in the organising committee of the NYA as well as the Members of the Youth Assembly (MYAs).
We had our opening ceremony yesterday which was graced by Dr Lim Wee Kiak, MP for Sembawang GRC, Chairman of GPC for Transport and Member of GPC for National Development & the Environment. It was a resounding success and the MYAs passed their very first bill!
You can read about all the action in The Sunday Times today on page 12.
